CAPRARECCE. Ancient Tuscan farmhouse with breathtaking view.
Caprarecce is an Ancient, Tuscan, old stone Farmhouse surrounded by a large garden, lying in the midst of 240 hectares of Mediterranean woody vegetation, pastures and olive groves. In a hilly position, 430 metres above sea level, the typical Tuscan country landscape overlooks the romantic crests and ridges which embrace the Maremma area. Furnished following the old traditions of Tuscan, poor peasant art, it, however, offers all the necessary modern facilities.
From up on high, a large panoramic terrace overlooks the valley below, while a columned loggia leads into the garden where you can taste the local products in the special area provided for this, or you can simply relax and enjoy the sight of endless green views. The swimming pool, where you can cool off in summer, is a wonderful frame for a genuine wellness holiday, a few minutes from the Tuscan countryside’s Saturnia Spa.
The Farmhouse is rented as a whole. Otherwise, due to the fact that it is made up of two independent apartments both with wide open fireplace, two different groups can choose to rent it at the same time. Next to the farmhouse, hidden amidst the trees, stands a little house on its own "La casetta nel Bosco" [“The House in the Woods”] made up of 1 double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with loggia.
